OrderFlow policies
Terms of Service
These terms explain the basic rules for using OrderFlow. Please read them before using the service.
Effective date: October 13, 2026
Please note: This is a general starter policy for the current OrderFlow product. It is not legal advice and should be reviewed for your business, pricing, data practices and applicable law before public launch.
1. About OrderFlow
OrderFlow helps businesses create a shareable storefront to present products, services, prices and other business information. Depending on the features available, customers may submit orders or inquiries and continue the conversation with a merchant through WhatsApp.
OrderFlow provides tools for merchants and customers. It does not itself own, manufacture, or sell the products or services listed by independent merchants.
2. Using the service
You agree to use OrderFlow lawfully, provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, and not interfere with the service or attempt to access another person's account or data.
You must not use OrderFlow to publish unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, infringing, abusive, or otherwise prohibited content, or to facilitate scams or harmful activity.
3. Merchant responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for their storefronts, product and service descriptions, prices, availability, delivery or fulfilment, refunds, customer communications, and compliance with applicable laws.
Merchants must have the rights and permissions needed to upload their logos, photographs, videos, text and other content. They must not misrepresent what they sell or their ability to provide it.
4. Orders, payments and disputes
An order or inquiry submitted through a storefront is a communication to the relevant merchant. Unless a feature clearly states otherwise, OrderFlow is not the seller, payment processor, delivery provider, or party to the transaction between a merchant and a customer.
Confirm important details, including total price, delivery, timing, payment method and refund terms, directly with the merchant before paying. Merchants and customers are responsible for resolving transaction disputes with each other, subject to applicable law.
5. Accounts and security
Where account registration is available, you are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for notifying the service operator if you suspect unauthorised access. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law.
6. Content and intellectual property
You retain responsibility for content you submit and confirm that you have permission to use it. You allow OrderFlow to host, display and process that content only as reasonably needed to operate and improve the service.
The OrderFlow name, interface and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, misuse or misrepresent them except as permitted by law or with permission.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep OrderFlow available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available service. Features may change, be paused or be discontinued as the service develops.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, OrderFlow is provided on an 'as available' basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy of merchant listings or the quality, safety, legality, availability or suitability of products and services offered by merchants.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. To the extent permitted by law, OrderFlow is not responsible for indirect losses or disputes arising from transactions between merchants and customers.
9. Privacy
Use of personal information in connection with OrderFlow is also subject to the service's applicable privacy notice. Avoid posting sensitive personal or payment information in public storefront content.
10. Updates and contact
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms, to the extent permitted by law.
For questions about these terms or the service, use the support or contact channel made available by OrderFlow.
